Key Area/ Job Responsibilities of Quality Auditor Prepare site manual for new sites and update.Conduct the Quality and Q3E Audit at site.Conduct on job training at site.Motivate to staff to use all safety gadgets.Conduct the CSS survey twice in a year.Check the all points of ZERO TOLERANCE at site.Prepare working schedule as per the SLA at site.Check all documents at site as per ISO and ISS standard. Implement 5S on Sites.Key Area/ Job Responsibilities of Facility Executive Prepare the Daily MIS and Monthly MIS report.Prepare all checklists as per SLA for site.Following for bills and collection.Problems resolve of client on daily basic. Reports unsafe conditions and unusual occurrences to the proper person. Receives customer suggestion and makes necessary adjustmentsFollows all standard systems and procedures as defined in the Standard Operations Manual.Ensure all allotted staff is continuously trained on cleaning operations, grooming and other aspects required for quality performance of the job. Gives assignments and instructions to Supervisors assigned to allocated areas and supervise the performance the work. Ensures that the quality of the services is always maintained at highest levels and works on further improvements.Review meeting with the site staff regarding their problems.Update the stock register on Weekly basics.Take feedback on Monthly basics from clients.Maintain Register on as SLA and ISO standard.
