To prepare Monthly Report, WIP and Yield Data .Maintaining BPR, SOP's & other related documents• Co-ordinate with other related Depts. with respect to operation planning of Packing Activity• Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives at Shop floor through deploying Lean• Owns and facilitates 5S implementation on the shop floor.• To maintain housekeeping, safety and GMP in work area

• To execute planned Production /Packing in stipulated time limit. / Ensuring on time delivery of products as per specifications. Creating and sustaining quality in packing processes to achieve zero level defects in finish pack & minimum rejection level.• To guide the team of Skilled operator & Packing personal for smooth functioning of Departments/ Machineries.• Ordering, Preserving, Issuing & Recording Stereo/ Coding type sets.• Planning and maintaining inventory of Departmental M/C spares and Packing materials/ Sundry items.• Monitoring Packing Activity & In process checks.• Maintaining BPR, SOP's & other related documents. Planning material and production flow.• Ensure that the processes are carried out in an effective manner so as to ensure expected output is achieved.• To maintain housekeeping, safety and GMP in work area. To carry out Oracle entries to prepare Monthly Report, WIP and Yield Data.

• Deployment of Workers. • Periodical Inspection of Production Tools Machines and inform to maintenance department. • Ensure regular availability of quality raw material from Store as per production requirement. • To fill BMR and BPR. Preparation of material requisition notes i.e. raw material, packing material and general items. To prepare Monthly Report, WIP and Yield Data• Ensure product should be as per cGMP requirement. • Receiving and checking raw material as per material requisition note. • To perform IPQC test like weight variation, disintegration time testing, friability testing, hardness testing, physical parameters of tablet and capsule, leak test and moisture. • Handle the computer working (Pharma Software) production as a required.
