• Responsible for Final Product Quality controls (PDI), Daily process audit, Daily Poka yoke, Daily Red bin analysis, Product layout.• Responsible for customer Quality specific requirements implementation in system. • Responsible for Process Audit & System Audit At Supplier End • Monthly PPM Trend preparation and ranking of all suppliers.• Responsible for control of non-conforming products and make CAPA report for external NC's raised by customer.• Responsible for Rejection Analysis, Process improvements.• Responsible for daily plan vs Customer requirements for new products developments• Responsible for layout inspection as per plan• Responsible for new development part at supplier end (Inspection & Evaluation)• Implementing with, Poke Yoke and Kaizen on shop floor.• Responsible for Daily Process audit, internal Audit, Daily Poka-yoke audit & Maintain 5’S , • Responsible for System implementation & documentation. • To conduct training as per plan and upgrade skill Responsible for leading team meeting. Planning for control the rejection according to process activities• Working in coordination with CFT for reducing the line defects & rejection.• Effectively Monitoring & follow-up for QPR closer & Process Audit NC Closer.• Responsible for New Tools Trail & parts setup at supplier end.• Man Power Handling For Shifts.

• Support & monitor the new builds & issue resolution found during builds. Resolve the issues by coordinating with product engineering, process engineering and supplier quality departments.• To record, control & monitor Assembly Process rejection & incoming rejection.• Giving on job training & awareness about process defects to inspectors & accordingly maintaining inspector skill matrix.• Responsible for Quality of incoming components.• Building relationship with suppliers through training & sharing best practices.• Monthly PPM Trend preparation and ranking of all suppliers.• Lead supplier issues at assembly, customer & field i.e. Identify root cause for failure, take short term actions to protect assembly & customer, & supplier for corrective action. • Interacting with Supplier on part quality issues at receiving inspection or observed during assembly• Responsible for new development part at supplier end (Inspection & Evaluation)• Responsible for Cost saving of supplier Part.• Responsible to reduce the inspection lead time by implement the gauge at incoming stage.• Conduct process audit& system audit at supplier end.• Responsible for New Tools Trail & parts setup at supplier end.• Papp approval at supplier end for new part &Ecn.• Give guideline to supplier to reduce the rejection.• Responsible for analysis of customer complaints.• Responsible for First piece Approval and Last Piece Approval at Supplier End
