1. To plan & accomplish monthly production schedule.2. To plan manpower, material, machines as per daily production schedule.3. To plan for tools & accessories required for production.4. To standardize activities in M/c shop & assembly shop.5. Responsible for monthly improvement plan & implementation.6. Designing of jigs, fixtures & gauges.7. Preparation of process FMEA, monthly production plan documents.8. To Co-ordinate with other workstations like Tool-room, Design and Development, Engineering, Vendor & product development etc.9. To minimize WIP inventory by systematic planning of production & efficient execution of plans.10. To improve productivity by training of associates & implementing performance standards divided from work measurement studies etc.11. To enforce safe work practices. . 12. Take a corrective and preventive action for control the rejection.13. Responsible for proper implementation of planning & quality product in process.14. Increase the productivity by reducing the down time.15. Responsible for implementation of 5's on shop floor.16. Responsible to control seven type of waste on shop-floor.
