Designation: Junior Assistant Manager-TA Experience: 9 MonthsRecruitment • Sourcing the candidate as per the requirement using different research techniques via, Internet (Job Portals and Mass Mailing) Professional Network. • Efficient search, evaluation of candidates for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, experience and qualification. • Conduct in-depth phone interviews, schedule face to face interviews & presenting offers & follow up till joining. • Keeping record of candidate in the data bank for future reference. • Training the candidates on interview pattern and interview tips for all the rounds of interview.• Responsible for providing training to new recruiters in the team.• Salary Negotiation according to the industry/Company standards• Creation of offer letters for selected candidates• Providing Appointment Letters.Operations• Joining Formalities for new entrants.• Ensuring training and induction is done to the new joinee.• Completely involved in the employee engagement Handling complete MIS of Employee• Responsible for coordinating the opening of Bank A/Cs.• Preparation of offer / appointment/ Confirmation letters, salary breakup etc• Preparation of ID-Cards. • Employee Relations • Handling all the queries of the employees related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, Transfer etc.• Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
