Learning And Development Administrator
Current- Correspond and communicate with delegates by phone and email sending out details of confirmation, registration and application forms.- Ensure that internal and external courses are set up, run and registered on the system in a effective and timely manner. - Monitor and manage course numbers – ensuring low numbers are highlighted permitting relevant marketing to increase numbers or cancel within adequate time periods.- Support the increase in the use of technological solutions to learning & development, in particular e-learning by giving advice and guidance to staff.- Issue username and passwords for ESR. - Procurement and stock control of stationery for the L & D Team via P2P system.- Maintain the learning & development intranet pages; i.e. SLATE Training Prospectus.- Ensure individual training records are updated accurately and in a timely manner. - Assist in the delivery of complex activities such as supporting corporate induction, training sessions and workshops, including the selection of venue, provision of materials and arranging trainers. - Coordinate with trainers to ensure the efficient, effective monitoring and recording of training records including registration, progress and attendance. - Liaise with the Clinical Education team regarding statutory and mandatory compliance for external funding applications. - Develop and maintain expert knowledge in e-learning, intranet and OLM systems.- Participate in the ongoing QMIS (Quality Management Information System) project. - In conjunction with the Senior Administrator ensure that upgrades/changes to ESR, OLM, NLMS are used effectively. - Provide general administrative support such as; answering the telephone, organise meetings, order catering, print and photocopy training information/certificates/forms, raise requisition forms for external training events, design and produce flyers/notices.
