Responsible for P&L for the Electrical Product Div. and member of EXECUTIVE COUNCIL & BOARD to monitor the performance and to make long term strategies for the Growth and expansion of the division, Instrumental in making Long Term Business goal for 2020 to achieve turnover of 20,000 Cr by 2020 for the group.New Business Development to meet long term and short term targets thru cross selling the Products thru Tech Shows and also Focus of Advance Engineering Products identification thru internal development as well Technical joint ventures . Two successful TAs are established for New Generation products for frog jump advancement in Technology for market leadership.For Business de-risking , 2 major market players are developed as a customer with a target volume of more than 1 million .Strong Relationship in Industry and Product knowledge is one the key to success in new Business and Product development.

Responsible for Prodcut Design , Production Engg and Part development areas.Areas : Engine Electicals [Alternator, Starter] , Engine control Components [ Magneto , CDI , Ignitor , ECU for 2 wheelers ] , Thermal , Vision and Body Electricals [ Radiator cooling Fan Motors , Blower Motors for HVAC , Wiper Motors and Link assys , Power window Motors etc ].Including Process Design and New Manufacturing Process Line set up and control..Spearheaded Localization team for 100% Localization Target .For efficient and FTR product development , Design for manufacturability approach started to reduce investments with final quality requirements.Instrumental in creating i3 Strategy for India Business expansion and to keep Leadership position in Technology and Business Growth . Strategy to built Technical Center in India for No 1 Brand and Leader India alongwith Denso Corp. is prepared to make Denso a High Quality , optimum cost brand thru significant reduction in development cost and time.
