The Sales + 1 method (Ex: Placing a wrist sweat band between fitness apparel to show it's use), Stock Life Time (A forecasting of how much the current stock would last until we run out and placing an order accordingly keeping in mind not to store surplus or deficit stock), daily TO, achieved vs forecasted. Action plan for the month(which sports equipment or apparel to target for the next month). Excel and PowerPoint reports for the sport (Fitness) on a monthly basis. The entire experience was a holistic process, a good welcome to the very happening retail life. Quick decision making, convincing skills, service oriented, good communication skills, having a wit about yourself is a must for surviving the retail life. Amidst all the chaotic life in retail, it teaches you to weather the storm for a few bright days ahead until you get used to the storms ahead and brace yourselves better.
