Equity Trade Support Process➔ Roles and responsibilities:Primary role in Equity trade support and trade processing activities.Liaise with the Front Office to resolve trade booking issuesHandling trade amendments, booking and cancellations.Identifying incorrect/missed bookings and liaising with Trader for the corrections.Closely work with Confirmations team & handling Settlement activities of broker trades and liaising with trader, Agent and Broker regarding the smooth trade settlement.Handling reporting of give up trades and settlement issues of Give-up and Give-in trades.Performing Exchange reconciliation for Hong Kong, Singapore.Prioritize escalations for resolving critical issues Handling T+1 Exchange activities (e.g. late trades reconciliation, Stamp duty payments).Working on PNL queries and resolving within specified time limits.Broker Trades reconciliation and liaising with brokers for their trade confirmation, amendments and settlement of the trades.FINANCE ANALYST TO SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST, ECLERX SERVICES LTD.
