Executing one project for ADCO, NEB division at Al-Dabbya, Abudhabi

As Construction Manager executed replacement o 30" gas line for ADMA-OPCO at Das Island.The job consists of engineering ,procurement ,construction, commissioning and removal of the redundant line for 30" off gas line and 30 " oil line for spheroids ( approx 350+300 Mts long)

•Maintain regular coordination with all involved including Construction Managers, project manger, Design teams, HSE Managers, subcontractors, clients, workshop managers, site engineers, vendors, consultants etc to ensure bottleneck free project implementation.•Coordinate with Procurement and Subcontracting department to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders and Sub Contracts•Coordinate with Finance department for Collection and release of payments.•Liaise with Clients for settlement of disputes/Claims and Change/Variation Orders.
