▪ Responsible for providing technical solutions for developments involving ALE/IDOCs, Workflows, ALV reports, RFC’s, Proxies, Dialog Programming, Interfaces, Smartforms, User-exits and BADIs across SD, MM, FI and QM modules.▪ Dedicated technical person for SD Module▪ Responsible for developing complex ABAP ALV reports across all the modules.▪ Responible for implementing several enhancements and BADI’s across all the modules.▪ Responsible for implementing IDOC and Workflow solutions.▪ Responsible for providing technical solution for day-to-day Production issues (Service Line 1 – Incident Management – Remedy tool).▪ Responsible for developing Change requests (Service Line 3 – Change Management)▪ Responsible for developing Projects (Service Line 4 – PSIF).▪ Responsible for handling Problem Management Tickets (Service Line 5 – Complex pending issues).▪ Conducting analysis of existing process to identify potential scope for process improvement.▪ Mentor the development team for implementation of solutions in all modules.▪ Responsible for optimizing complex reports resulting in better system performance.▪ Conducting review meetings with Auditor and handling the review suggestions.▪ Technical support for Quarterly release and Support pack upgrade.▪ Providing estimations for Projects▪ Co-ordination and mentoring the offshore development team
