- Part of the core assessment team that was formed by the bank to shortlist the next generation IT service management platform from different vendors. - Led the architecture, design, development, and implementation teams of one of the largest ServiceNow implementation in APAC. - Oversaw the implementation of multi-year multi-million complex program with a user base of 90,000+, $20million+ configuration items and 200,000+ assets. - Developed, Customised, and implemented 14+ modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, APM, Service Catalogue etc… - Managed a team of size 250+ (25 squads) including vendor resources spreading across Singapore, Malaysia, India, and Poland. - Managed multiple environments catering to the development, testing, SIT, UAT, staging and production environments. - Implemented Automated Test Factory (ATF) for system testing and regression and sanity testing to significantly cut down testing time and expedite development and release. - Built the ecosystem from scratch by integrating with 100+ applications (internal and external) like SuccessFactor, BeyondTrust / CyberArk, Qualys, Nlyte, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams etc… - Implemented multi-factor authentication and data encryption (BYOK) to address security & compliance findings. - Helped to save the bank $2 million via license cost by optimising the discovery and storage of configuration items. - Successfully migrated 2 versions of ServiceNow with zero impact. - Partnered with ServiceNow on the impact program to continuously improve and enhance the platform. - Managed the Leap Digital Platform that centralised EUC applications and enhanced the UI kit that was used as a framework across the bank.

- Part of the architecture and solution team formed to stabilise critical applications for the HK region and performed end to end architecture review, implemented solutions to address stability and proposed inputs and recommendations for the multi-year strategic transformational program. - Provided tactical and strategic solutions by working closely with domain engineers and experts across the bank to address issues related to ATM, iBanking, Corporate Channels, Payments and CoreBanking. - Implemented end-point solution using Akamai, synthetic monitoring and enhanced other monitoring tools to help proactively identify customer issues across the region.

- Accountable for engineering and delivery of $10m India localization program and fit for purpose program for integration services. - Migrated 50+ highly critical applications involving 800+ services from the legacy MQ infrastructure to Solace / EDMi / FileIT. - Reduced the headcount for these applications from 85 resources to 30 within 2 years resulting in a cost save of around $3million / year by implementing strategic solutions that alleviated systemic issues.

- Part of the core team that conceptualised and established the state-of-the-art command-control-center in KL, Malaysia. - Responsible for $6m worth of projects for building and maintaining proactive and preventive monitoring tools for high critical business applications. - Delivered the centralised transaction monitoring platform that helped the operations team with real time data analytics to proactively manage transactions processing and meet 100% SLA.

- Delivered $80 million worth of multi-year program involving 60+ applications under the Cash domain. - Directed the development and support of high critical corporate payments and billing applications for the bank including SCSTAR, STS, DotOpal and GBPS. - Led the team that developed and implemented Cash Operations platforms like eOps, RapidCash and GPS. - Directed the development and support of Corporate Channels application with a user base of 20000+ bank corporate clients and end users. - Extended the scope of the channels application from 10 countries and rolled out to 40+ countries within 6 months. - Led the core team that developed the UI framework that become a standard framework for applications across the bank. - Scaled the development team to 400 resources partnering with multiple vendors using the ESDF (Extended Software Delivery) facility. - Implemented different versions of the channel: Web Portal, Offline (Thick client) and H2H (peer to peer connectivity) and critical modules iCollections, iCustody, Trade TI and Trade Swift Utility (TSU).
