The 'Develop Practice' works on developing people for their current and future roles. Focused on Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Competency based Leadership Development, Hi-Performance Team building, Succession Planning and Creating Organisations with a Strong Vision and Values Framework.This is a place - where I lived my dream - facilitating leadership programs, creating and working on organisation development content.

Worked with the Diabetes Care business for BD-India. Focussed on the Retail side (chemists, and distribution channel) with increased focus on end-customer marketing. This was relatively a newer component of the approach which had till then worked with the Dr, the Nurses touch-points. Strengthened that with newer education and product/ services related materials.

Became a part of this IT Start-up as the first 5 team members. The company supported by the Max group worked to create a Knowledge Management Product on a platform developed by Mindcrossing Inc. USA. Max Ateev also started an IT Services part which together took the first year sales to $3MN in its first year. With some remarkable professionals and great people to work with, in an invigorating environment where enterprise innovation was at its prime, this is perhaps the most 'steep curve' part of my career.

Sarted as an ABM in Laundry division. Moved to strengthen the Direct Marketing function - with various pilots on 'Direct to Consumer' marketing, taking them to large scale executions and then working on creating an AOR - Agency of Record format for Direct Marketing for the company.P&G is a great learning ground. Supported by a huge history of successful marketing initiatives, the organisation provides a platform also to experiment and learn. I still remember the numerous projects we could get started with various brands for Direct Marketing execution.

My first work-place - and an exposure to various aspects of a very strong Engineering Capability. Worked with Engineering, Execution, Marketing and Purchase functions and finally contributed to 'Field Erection' team with commissioning of the Hirmi Cement Plant for L&T.A great company which not only taught me to work from 9-5 daily, day-on-day, with pure commitment - but also dream beyond those days...for myself and for my work-groups.
