Atesto Technologies offered Automated Web Testing services, which was one of the first of its kind in the world at that time. Its products allowed users to test web applications on the internet through an easy-to-use web interface. Applications could be load tested by generating virtual users from different geographical locations, bandwidths, internet carriers etc. In my role as VP Operations, I was responsible for setting up and maintaining a worldwide infrastructure of servers. This involved interfacing with service providers in various countries for hosting and provisioning, acquisition of hardware and running a 24/7 network operating center. Atesto was acquired by Infovista, a Paris based network performance improvement solutions company.
