Current•Manage the open applications in the recruitment system, manage the selection process and its progress, and provide timely periodic recruitment reports.•Develop sound business relationships with clients to achieve stated goals•Source, Screen, and quality candidates for active requisitions and develop a network of potential talent•Generate leads through warm and cold-calling, job boards, employee referral bonus program, and your own network•Working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging interviews•Utilize various creative sourcing methods above and beyond social media (i.e., LinkedIn)•Managing University Recruiting, assisting in identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes•Manage, track, and update all University related activities and information•Constantly seeks new, innovative ways to improve the sourcing process
