•Report directly to AVP, Human Resources•Develop recruiting and staffing strategies with managers by defining job criteria, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews with managers•Provide recommendations to hiring mangers on best recruiting sources•Provide recommendations to AVP and hiring manger on best recruiting from Vendors.•Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations•Facilitating and managing interview process on the phone/Video and in person •Managing the candidate interview process •Assisting in putting together and posting job adverts on external websites•Source applicants, qualify resumes, interview candidates, and provide thorough assessments•Administrative Duties and Record Keeping•Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
