- Plan and organize campus recruitment events including job fairs and interviews.- Carry out interviews with sourced candidates.- Oversee onboarding, pre-hire and post-hire activities for candidates.- Maintain relationship with key stakeholders in universities for smooth recruitment process.- Mentor recruiters and interns in campus recruitment processes and best practices.- Coordinate with universities to schedule and participate in career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.

- Utilize online job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to source candidates. - Review resumes and evaluate candidate skills and qualifications for shortlisting.- Act as a point of contact and assist in scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.- Coordinate with the admin team for activities like domain ID and company hardware allocation.- Assist the concerned team with background verification of new hires.- Maintain accurate records of HR activities including candidate information and feedback. - Coordinate with the HR Team to onboard new hires and assist in document verification. - Carry out new hire onboarding activities on SAP Success Factors.

- Design and implement overall recruitment strategy- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate jobboard/newspapers/colleges etc.- Source and recruit candidates by using company database and Job Portals like Naukri andQuikr- Screen candidate’s resume and job applications- Conduct interviews using various recruitment and selection tools/methods to filtercandidates within schedule- Assess candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
