A highly experienced commercial manager, I’ve worked across all parts of ASX Listed marketing services organisation Salmat over my 13 year tenure. From leading the testing and roll out of a new booking and billing system; managing the finance / billing teams; enhancing key business systems and driving an operational excellence project; a secondment around the implementation and change management in launching ERP system Workday; providing training to national sales team on forecasting and pricing; commercial analysis lead across the marketing solutions portfolio of products (Letterbox, Print & Digital); to pricing lead within bid management process for all customer proposals and tender responses.
