I started my career in the marketing field where I had learned a lot, specially that i was not only involved in the marketing tools needed to sell and promote the products, but also in how to develop the products in the best way that would fulfill the customer needs. Through marketing research and survey we could pinpoint many important edges needed to be covered in the process of manufacturing and selling our products.Also conducting many international conferences, which was an eye opener on how to communicate and build good relationships with potential or existing clients.My curiosity drove me into a different direction; I started to show interest in the manufacturing process, production and how to improve the processes led me to be specialized in the ISO SYSTEMS, WHERE I PARTICIPATED IN CREATING THE ISO 9001, and fully created the ISO 22716 GMP system and fulfilled all the requirements, implementation, quality internal audits and training.Since i am very picky and care for details in any service i get or provide, and during studying masters I decided to be the entrepreneur I always find myself to be and established my first company which was specialized in Mystery shopping and training, had a great experience in practicing with International companies, conferences and being a speaker and trainer which is also a passion.At last, having dreamed of a place of mine lead me to establishing my own business in the restaurants field.
