Focusing on qualitative research, I am a research consultant driven to help organisations better serve people who would benefit from their offering.With a background in science I have always been fascinated by psychology and how our amazing mind works. I am lucky to get to explore why people think and behave the way they do on a daily basis! What I find most fascinating is the how the world we live in frames how we behave, and the impact of social and cultural influence on our subconscious thinking.I have been very lucky to work with a range of different organisations from varying industries to help them put their customers in the heart of what they do. Some ways I have done this is by helping organisations uncover opportunities to innovate and improve their practices and offerings, understand the role their products play in people's lives to shape ongoing business strategy, and determine how to best communicate to those who may benefit from their services to ensure they reach the right people and stand out.Every business needs a customer to survive.
