• Respond promptly to passengers inquiries • Provides flight information details to the passengers regarding to their boarding gates. • Assist and guide passengers especially elderly/handicapped or child passenger whenever they want to go. • Provides information about airport facilities (toilets, information counters, airline offices, etc.) available to various travelling passengers. • Informs the passengers about the LAG’S rules and regulations and should not carry prohibited items before boarding.

• Responsible to ensure that designated functions for baggage Sorters in the Departure make –up/ arrival break up and Responsible to ensure that all City Terminal baggage is handled with great care. • Responsible for ensuring that baggage requiring special handling are appropriately handled. • Sort the baggage by its category and put it on the container according to their class. • Baggage handler is also responsible for examining the tags on baggage in order to ensure that they reach the desired destination.
