Lead churches in developing a strategic plan for attaching the hearts of the congregation to project/s that result in future ministry impact.Coach Pastors in cultivating financial leaders and targeted groups within the church to maximize their potential in financial support for the campaign.Equip team leaders to successfully fulfill their roles in the campaign delivery.Train team members for successful delivery of assigned responsibilities in campaign plan. Worked with over 125 churches that have produced results from 1.0 to 4.0 pledges to budget ratio with most successful churches realizing over $15M in receipts.

Taught undergraduate classes in Church Administration and Leadership.

Recruited and mentored the Educational ministry staff of six to eight team members.Recruited and trained lay people to fulfill team roles in Educational ministry.Provided ministry oversight along with the Senior Pastor and other Senior Staff members in fulfilling Shadow Mountain Community Church’s mission and vision including budget development and oversight.Conducted a weekly teaching ministry to over 100+ attendees in both Men’s Bible Study and Adult Bible Study.Preached for Dr. Jeremiah in his absence.
