The economic situation that developed in late 2008 had a particularly difficult impact on the Luxury durable goods market. • Oversaw the reduction of 35% in expenses, the closing of unprofitable stores, and led the effort to position the company to withstand the new economic realities.• Led the effort to identify and secure additional investment in the business to insure continued liquidity.• In August 2009 DWR closed on a PIPE of $15million that provided the company added security and positioned it to not only survive, but prosper in the future.2001 – 2005 Executive Vice President Retail Operations• Developed a retail strategy for DWR Studios and the eventual roll out of this highly successful plan. Retail Operations Europe• Developed and executed a strategy for the successful transition from Franchise stores in Europe to Company owned retail operations.• Managed the delicate relations between wholesale clients and ESPRIT retail in a manner that contributed to increased wholesale revenue at the same time the company owned stores were rolling out.

• Oversaw all phases of store operations and strategy for this $1Billion multi channel retailer.• Was instrumental in growing total sales from under $300Million to over $1Billion in three years.
