Before ever deciding to be a chiropractor, I was interested in body health and ideal physical performance. That interest made learning fun, and it makes practice fun too.Here I am 28 years later, practicing in Tustin California. I enjoy helping people with the tools of chiropractic, various muscle therapies, and nutrition to handle their problems and getting them back to the game of life.Early in my career I started treating many people that were training for marathons. I learned much about endurance athletics and how to treat typical injuries in this area. I ran 5 marathons myself and have a very clear understanding of the training process.I have spoken to many training groups and hundreds of athletes on how to prevent injuries, giving them tools they could use to stay on their training and not get side tracked with pain. Currently I go into the workplace and do a similar thing. I give helpful tips and tools to increase production through improved ergonomics and work habits.I enjoy speaking to groups and giving useful information that they can implement right away.I also am skilled at handling many types of cases of musculoskeletal pain. Headaches, Neck pain, Low back pain, shoulder problems, Disc problems, etc...Through the years many of my patients have been in car accidents. They choose to get their care with my office. I've learned to handle personal injury cases and get a good result for the patient.
