I spent a little over two months helping this company recover from various IT related issues related to a ransomware attack.

I started here as a Network Administrator in 2004. During this time My main responsibilities included Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Support for Small Business Server 2003 (Including Exchange, Active Directory, ISA Server). I also Upgraded our Phone Solution to Cisco's IP Telephony Solution (Call Managers and Unity). This included an upgrade of our switched network to Cisco Switches in a Layer 3 switching model.In the beginning of 2007 I was promoted to IT Manager. During this time I managed the transition our network from a Small Business Server 2003, to more of a medium business model. I broke out the separate server in Small Business Server to individual Virtual Servers on VMWare ESX Servers. Currently we are now running 2 DCs, an Exchange Server, Sharepoint Services, 2 SQL Servers, as well as sever support / monitoring for those servers.In February 2011 I was promoted to Director of IT. The main change in my job responsibilities is the addition of more managerial roles dealing with personel and the budgeting, as well as more involvement with constructing policies governing the structure within Cornerstone.

This was a small company I work for where I help to redesigned and modernize thier internal network. Moved them into SBS 2003 with about 10 clients. Migrated from a really old apple network with iMac clients.

In this company we produced Facilities Monitoring Software. Here I developed device drivers to communicate with facilities equipement such as HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Cameras, etc. I also help with the development to the back end of the web interface. This company went out of business shortly after I got laid off in 2003.

This company produced a middleware large scale telephone networking optimization piece. Company went out of business before I could really get involved with it.

The company specialized in software to unify voice and fax telephony services with email services. I programmed the pub/sub service responsible for handling the various communications between the separate pieces of Software without our Unity solution using C++ in Visual Studio
