Conduct residential and commercial energy efficiency, renewable energy, distributed generation and LEED certification engagements. Encourage responsible use of electricity and engage with consumers to promote energy efficiency best practices. Facilitate positive relationships with commercial consumers, contractors and developers; provide solutions from the CREC and SES Energy Services portfolio of ancillary products and services. • Perform energy analysis of facility energy efficiency improvements using standard or predefined energy analysis tools and methodology • Technical evaluation of third party energy audits and energy efficiency technology studies • Conduct walkthrough audits of facilities and interviewing facility owners/managers to determine what efficiency improvements are feasible • Perform QA/QC activities, including conducting pre- and post-installation energy efficiency project inspections • Work with outreach staff to establish and support appropriate level of technical assistance required for energy projects • Determines cost-effectiveness of identified energy efficiency measures and eligibility for financial incentives • Identifies energy efficiency technologies and energy savings studies/financial analysis to support development of prescriptive measures • Project coordination duties to include financial and savings forecasting assistance, work flow management, status reporting, database management and project file maintenance.
