Ensured that OTC, ATEC, senior Army leadership and DOTE were informed and advised of testing of major Acquisition Programs. Led the Development and execution of C5ISR independent developmental, operational and customer events in support of Programs of Record (POR) and rapid acquisition initiatives and provided critical information to PEO/HQDA/OSD. Provided testing support to deployed forces in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Coordinated with the CG RDECOM, associated Joint PEOs, and Director ECBC for the development of technical support of chemical and biological defense, HME detection, acquisition policy and logistics support. Teamed with Warfighters, combat developers, industry, academia, and acquisition community Simulation & Training research. Serve as the Science Adviser for Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Training and DOD Technical Support Working Group (TSWG).
