Military Deputy to a Tier 2 SES Director with a workforce of over 1500 personnel and an annual budget of $400M. Served as the Director's military representative to the joint warfighter. Executed all aspects of ECBC daily operations including adapting, adopting, and integrating emerging technology into joint and inter-agencies chemical and biological systems. Interpreted capabilities and resources to the joint science and technology community to include ASA (ALT), Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and Joint Program Executive Officer for Chemical/Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). Coordinated with the CG RDECOM, associated Joint PEOs, and Director ECBC for the development of technical support of chemical and biological defense, HME detection, acquisition policy and logistics support. Deployed in support of mission requirements.

Responsible for the cost, schedule, performance, and life cycle management of one of the largest Acquisition Category (ACAT) ID program supporting the Army's flagship satellite based Internet protocol (IP) communications and network system essential to current forces and Army Transformation, needed to transport voice, video, and data throughout the battle space. Led a global diverse team of over 400 military, government and contractor personnel and manage an annual budget of over $4B dollars to develop, integrate, test, field, and sustain the Army's premiere communications system. Sustain sixteen divisions and over 75 brigade combat teams in both garrison and combat while continuing to field deploying units as identified by the Army.
