I am a CIMSPA registered Personal Trainer with the unique background of a first career as a futures trader in the City of London, which gives me deep insight into the culture and needs of people working in this full-on environment. Sometimes referred to as 'London’s Toughest Trainer', for the past 20 years I have used my competitive and driven nature to ensure my clients get the best possible outcomes from their training, be they first time exercisers or professional athletes. I am now offering a fantastic, brand new experience at an exclusive, Personal Training club , in Moorgate , London with state-of-the-art equipment. I also offer online sessions and I can also offer my highly successful Longevity Training programme.My fitness programmes for busy people can include strength training, martial arts, core stability, muscle gain and fat loss and I work with every client to create the programme that works for them. My clients also benefit from stress reduction and improved mental health as a result of regular training. Fully trained and licensed as a GP Referral/Exercise Referral Personal Trainer I offer nutrition advice, sports specific training, sports massage therapy and programmes for neurological conditions, and am currently completing an accreditation programme in cancer rehabilitation. For many years I was a competitive Latin American Dancer and still perform professionally, as well as contribute to Dance Today magazine. Additionally, I am experienced in Kick Boxing, Kung Fu and Boxing, a Black Belt in Jujitsu and ex-semi-professional footballer, so fitness has been my life; let me make it yours.
