At no time did he look frazzled. He never let anyone see the craziness behind the scenes. He seemed to stay calm so we stayed calm. It showed. It was a sad day when we had to say good bye. The person who became new plant manager, my mom and dad taught me if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.
