  In a career spanning over 30 years, Ray has accrued experience in many areas of management including business, engineering, and civil infrastructure as well as land development engineering. Ray provides high level technical and management services covering project management and civil infrastructure investigation and design for subdivision development. Ray’s technical capabilities include road design, stormwater hydraulic engineering, environmental engineering, project management, contract administration and a wide range of civil engineering projects related to land development and road projects. These include environmental assessments/auditing, stormwater/flood management, project management and civil infrastructure works for roads, residential, commercial and/or industrial subdivisions. These have included state government roads and infrastructure design and construction. Ray remains directly involved in the fields of stormwater, environmental and project engineering management, construction supervision, investigation and design.
