Brought in to work with CEO to transform and mature business operating model and management systems in support of rapid business growth. Drove redesign and optimization, leveraging global scale across 2 distinct LOB's, Consulting Services (C&SI) and Managed Services (MSS). Aligned operating model, transformed business management systems and metrics specific to each LOB, measure what matters, implement and run new performance management system helping support and deliver over 65% revenue growth and 17% Gross Profit improvement, and grow Pre-Tax Income from less than zero to over $100MM over 3 year period. Led significant business divestiture and integration programs tied to broader IBM acquisitions and reorganizations including the spin out of Kyndryl and integration of the security BU into IBM Consulting.

Responsible for all day-to-day operations and technology for this mid-sized privately held publishing and distribution services company. Brought in to identify and deliver productivity and operating performance improvement critical to company repositioning and sale. Helped deliver record cash flow and earnings and successfully execute the company sale 1 year ahead of schedule.Led a 300 FTE distribution services team supporting over 600 client publishers. Provided warehousing, order processing and fulfillment, account operations, customer service, inventory control, returns processing and client statements. Shipped over 50 million books annually. Additionally, led a publishing operations team providing shared services supporting all print and eBook manufacturing and production, inventory management, digital print operations, and metadata and digital asset management functions.
