· Promote commercial loan products to existing and new professional referral networks.· Build and manage new and existing relationships with HNW individuals and family offices.· End-to-end deal process, origination, structuring, credit risk analysis, execution and portfolio management.. Preparation of credit risk assessment, executive summaries and loan assessments submissions for the credit committee.· Assessment of valuations, QS reports, financial accounts, A&Ls, feasibility studies and cashflows.· Loan management of construction projects.

· Assist with purchasers finance preparations; · Manage customer communications and services;· Manage defects inspections, purchasers inspections, bank valuations and settlement handover;· Manage defects rectifications;· Manage allocations of accessory lots during plan of subdivision;· Manage legal queries (extensions, variations, special conditions, etc)· Manage contract and accounts administration; · Maintain connections with banks/brokers, lawyers, valuers, selling agencies and other stakeholders.

· Maintain relationship with brokers/lenders and provide lending market update;· Assist purchasers with finance preparation;· Manage settlement risks;· Maintain customer database and after sales service;· Promote funds business at individual/wholesale level;· Maintain relationship with channel agencies and promote new sales;· Administer Wechat platform for sales and marketing.

· Team member of NAB broker fulfilment (third party);· Validate loan documents and ensure customer file is compliant in preparation for settlement;· Liaise with external parties to attain any outstanding information;· Create internal customer profile like account opening, card ordering and variations;· Liaise with bankers/BDMs for escalations;· Work with settlement agents (MSA, SAI, Galilee, FMS) or PEXA to book in settlement.

· Prepare loan scenarios, prepare and submit loan applications;· Prepare compliance documents;· Update and maintain mortgage databases;· Liaise with clients and lenders, order valuations, · General office administration, general support to the team.
