Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client projects. These projects span a wide range of industries and vary in complexity, including website redesigns, tourism hubs, job boards, and database designs. Each project presents unique challenges, and I play a key role in navigating them to successful outcomes.In addition to ensuring over 20 successful projects delivered (so far), I've also had the privilege of guiding over 40 web development associates, many of whom had no prior experience in the field. To support their growth, I've dedicated a substantial amount of time and effort to create high-quality training materials. I personally led the development of a comprehensive 14-part training series covering fundamental technologies like JavaScript, React, NextJS, and Strapi.On top of training and project delivery, I am also responsible for maintaining and provisioning AWS resources including EC2 instances, Lightsail instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and more. I worked with a colleague to help design and establish a custom continuous integration & delivery pipeline that optimizes deployment and maintenance of new projects that use our tech stack.I am passionate about equipping new developers with the latest technological knowledge and bridging the gap between education and practical application. Responsible for the design and development of multiple full-stack web applications using tools like Figma, React, NextJS, Express, and Strapi.Most notably, I was a Team Lead in the development of a job board application for a french employment office. Over just 12 weeks of development, my team and I tackled several challenging problems including implementation of full CRUD functionality, site-wide translations of text content and URLs, extending the functionality of our Strapi backend by creating custom middleware, and implementing complex filtering and fuzzy search.During this time, I also:1. Worked with a colleague to develop "Strapify" - a tool that enables developers to connect their websites to a Strapi CMS without needing to write any JavaScript code. Strapify will be used in Civiconnect client projects during the Winter 2023 cohort and will be released as an open-source tool shortly after.2. Provided training in several capacities including: training developers on my team in React/NextJS, running an in-person training session for a client on the CMS we'd built for them, creating supplemental training videos for that client, and leading a Figma workshop with our web development associates.3. Helped revise the training plan for the web development stream. The revised training plan covers the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Design, Webflow, and Strapi over a 4-week period, and mimics the design and development workflow used on client projects.
