Served as the Deputy Program manager and contract technical monitor for the F-16 Falcon 2020 Sustainment program. Assisted the program manager with maintaining the Falcon 2020 Core Sustainment contract, providing Air Force, Navy, FMS/EPAF F-16 sustainment support globally. Responsible for managing $12.7B contract and administrative requirements for participating countries in the Falcon 2020 Program covering the global F-16 aircraft inventory. Coordinated with Lockheed Martin program managers to determine scope of engineering and technical services as defined by the basic contract. Ensured on-going contractor support for the following pre-defined F-16 programs: Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP), Engineering, Technical Orders, Flight Test, and On-Site as well as numerous undefined F-16 sustainment programs. Coordinated efforts between USG (Hill AFB, WP-AFB, Navy) program managers, country program managers, Contract Technical Monitors (CTMs), financial managers (from Life Cycle Logistics, Technical Coordination Group, System Program Office as well as FMS/EPAF representatives, to ensure contract tasks are supported for existing requirements.Worked directly with data management, configuration management, contracting officers and contractors in support of annual program management reviews (PMR).

Served as the F-16 Program Manager for Structural Sustainment and Repair to provide planning, management, and coordination of Life Cycle Logistics Support for F-16 structures.  Planned and conducted functional technical activities for projects/programs; recommended improvements to the design or operation of systems, equipment, or processes.  Led development of Programmed Structural Sustainment and Repair affecting 330 USAF aircraft; planned 12 concurrent repairs with an estimated cost of $338M over five (5) years; resulting in an estimated savings of $42M in re-induction costs Proactively analyzed difficult program/project issues or potential problems; determined, recommended and/or implemented courses of action or resolutions on a continuous basis with few exceptions. Tracked/managed assigned workload within established milestones to include correspondences, contract actions, etc., from initiation to completion with few exceptions  Communicated oral and written project, program, and team tasking results to all levels, internally and externally Presented requirements documents, reports, and/or briefings in a professional manner and in accordance with required formats.

Obtains supplies, tools, and maintenance equipment to execute maintenance production. Develops and maintains 20 maintenance programs, manages control documents and file plans. Oversees unit’s administrative, performance reports, training, awards, and safety programs to ensure compliance. Manages oversight of $51 million facilities, $8 million tools, test and support equipment, as well as $1.3 million fleet of 16 vehicles.
