Branch Banking is really at the very heart of AIB and where I started out by career over 30 years ago. It is where we meet thousands of customers on any given day and working hard to meet their financial needs, be it new customers to the bank, business customers or personal customers, helping with their day to day banking, and assisting those who are seeking good financial advice and support. I know that I am very fortunate to lead out a super team of committed people across our 37 branches in a vibrant Dublin market.

I am currently Head of AIB in Dublin North and West with resonsibility to transform our customers experience of AIB in the local market. My role is to drive the business and lead a team of 230 people across 20 Branches within the Local Market, to constantly put our customers 1st at all times. Across the Bank as a whole, our ambition is to provide each customer with the financial solutions that they need to realise their goals.

The New Business Team, covering Dublin and East, has been established to seek new lending opportunities for AIB Business Banking. We take a sectoral approach to business development working with new to bank customers and business introducers across our region.
