I have thirty six years of property and casualty insurance experience with a focus on complex liability claims handling strategy and technology. An ability to clearly connect claims trends to business results led to the Chief Claims Officer selecting me to lead one of the largest and most successful claims software (Guidewire ClaimCenter) transformations in the industry. This experience created an opportunity to take on a very senior role in Information Technology reporting to the COO.
