Overseeing the daily operations of the physical building. Responsible for managing staff, budgets, and subcontractors, as well as negotiating leases and overseeing construction projects.

Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with Buildings & Grounds. Maintenance that affect normal building operation . Provides occupants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns. Oversees building security. Requests special janitorial services. Stays informed of changes to space assignments in their facilities. Coordinates department facility related activities and projects. Develops and implements facility emergency plans. During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders.

Conducts periodic inspections of facilities, assesses problems and needs, and implements improvements in operations as appropriate.Repair, carpentry, plumbing repair and electrical trouble shooting.Provides assistance relocate office furniture, re-configurations and space planning.Perform work order, repairs and inspections.Ensures the security of all Company facilities. Conducts scheduled inspections of security systems and implements improvements as necessary.Repair and maintenance in server room of the company.Responsible for all routine roof and signage inspections.Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Monitors computer Remedy support, assists in the daily assignment of tasks, manages tickets as required. Repair patching and painting walls around the building and conference rooms, carpentry, plumbing repair in kitchen and bathroom toilet, electrical trouble shooting in a nutshell, lights and power outlets.Assistance in any moves in the building regarding employees assists in break down and set up of work stations, reconfiguration of the cubicle and office environments.Repair and install doors, hinges, lockets, handles and frames.Daily walk thru the building, maintain the copier and fax stations, add/change printer cartridges including daily paper support.
