Chief Compliance Officer
CurrentDirect supervision of the PTC’s Compliance Program that includes the Office of Special Investigations, the Office of Audit and Advisory Services and the Toll Revenue Systems Audit Department. Authored the PTC’s Business Conduct Guidelines (“BCG’s”), developed and delivered BCG training for all PTC employees and outside business partners (i.e. contractors, suppliers, vendors etc.) Initiated a workman’s compensation and sick and accident investigation program to identify and address fraudulent claims. Initiated and authored a Business Partner Review Due Diligence program to ensure that all business partners were properly vetted to allow the PTC to conduct clean business. Monitored the PTC’s Strategic Plan and updated the CEO and COO of all internal departments’ progress in meeting their established goals. Served on the PTC’s Policy Review Committee which was responsible for reviewing, updating and eliminating all existing PTC policies and establishing a new process for introducing any new policies. Established and Chaired the PTC’s Workplace Violence Committee authoring a new program, establishing emergency response procedures and developing a workplace violence training program to educate and train all PTC employees on how to appropriately address any workplace violence scenario.
