Vast experience in upgrading and migrating Cisco UC telephony and voice mail products along with gradual knowledge and practice of Cisco LAN and WAN networking products.Ray Ramirez Successfully planned, designed, configured and deployed Cisco UC Manager strategies for VoIP and Messaging systems with Cisco Call Manager (PBX) and Cisco Unity Messaging system. Team responsibilities ranged from deploying compliant Network hardware, connectivity, VLAN configuration and assignment, all the way to coordinating with the phone company to roll-over DIDs to new Voice T1s. Configure dial-peers at routers and Voice Gateways and 911 testing. Experience with installation and maintenance of CME and CUE on most versions.
