During my employment at Agere Systems, I led or worked on multiple task forces aimed at investigating problems, implementing corrective actions, and developing new manufacturing solutions. Through my efforts, I helped to improve operation of tool sets, processes, and procedures, resulting in reduced cycle times, increased throughput, and higher quality standards. On a daily basis, I was responsible for monitoring tool operations, process checks, and maintenance activities in the ion implantation area. Whether handling special projects or daily assignments, I demonstrated aptitudes in managing priorities and problems to meet or exceed goals. Combining my knowledge of the manufacturing process with a sharp skill set, I am confident I will quickly prove myself of value to your organization.Recently I was employed at Qimonda AG in a state of the art 300mm wafer manufacturing facility. As an Implant Process Sustainer I have learned new skills that enable me to enhance the throughput of a high volume, fast paced, production line. Always ready to adapt I have learned the new process control system, and new 300mm Implant production tools. Working closely with the engineering group I am able to address problems on the production floor to keep product moving. As part of the manufacturing team we strive for reduced cycle time and increased production to our internal customers.
