I have over 29 years of experience in the roofing industry. My first 3 years of it spent in the field and the rest of my time working in the service portion managing roof care for customers. Such as estimating jobs, and dispatching service crews, or just answering a question they might have. I have learned many new things as roofing has evolved, and that to me makes roofing very interesting and fun. What I enjoy about working in the service side of roofing is when you deal with customers. Nothing feels better than a satisfied customer who trust you each and every time that they request your services, because they know you will take care of their roofing needs. I love to make long term relationships with customers, that tells me that we are doing our jobs.
