Handling larger scale projects and coordinating between suppliers and customers. Acting as a Project Manager, managing a complex network of interrelated activities necessary to move technical and engineering information forward to complete the design, construction, and initial operation of the required facilities. Preparing and delivering technical presentations to existing and prospective customers on products and services. Meeting and resolving customers’ issues. Overseeing the engineering activity on a small project, or designated portions of a project for a global business unit. Acting as main point of contact with the client during the various design phases. Identifying problems and managing changes and impacts on the project.

Preparing consolidated accounts and tax computation. Implementation of onboarding clients’ account and payroll using Navision and easy pay respectively. Migrating clients’ accounts from Accpac to Navision and Xero. Reviewing accounts, disbursement, payroll, IR21 and IR8A. Following up on outstanding payments and debts from clients. Mentoring of associates and new recruits.

Preparing full set of management accounts using Accpac, GST reports, monthly cash flow, financial statements and disbursement. Preparing payroll using easy pay enterprise, IR8A and IR21. Liaising with auditors, tax agents and clients on queries.
