Spent my early years in school learning all I could about, science and how things worked. Went to High school and college in the evenings, at the same time. Was a local DJ at radio station WOLS in Florence S.C to pay for my evening school. There I played the hits on the radio while doing homework I received credits for mathematics and physics. Which applied to my studies in mechanical engineering.I then entered The United States Air Force. Once stationed at Otis AFB in Mass. I applied for extension courses in Electrical Engineering through M.I.T. I carried a high G.P.A for about a year and a half. Then was sent on special missions to Europe and S.E Asia so I was not able to complete my education through M.I.T. I did continue to study and design many mechanical and electrical systems.Was partner and owner in several companies that marketed my inventions. (ie: Jatex Inc, Solar Research Inc. and Sabre Technologies Inc. All were very successful until Chinese companies copied things that had patents on them that I could not afford to defend.I have been given the ability to design and fabricate any electrical or mechanical system or sub-system to accomplish whatever task given me.After leaving Sabre Technologies, (My company) finding out the sales manager was stealing by inflating sales for commissions. I went to work for Vaught Aerospace, designing robotic systems for tile placement on the space shuttle. Also robotic application of RCC (re-enforced carbon, carbon) for the B-1 bomber. A patent was issued for the RCC layup robotic system that was sold for a large sum of money to another company.I ended up back in broadcasting working for WFAA television in Dallas Texas. I worked there for 28 years as a broadcast engineer with the chance to grow up with the old and the new television systems. I developed many innovative systems which helped the station maintain leadership in the Dallas market. Like the first automated weather radar video looping system. I also helped design the first privately owned Doppler Radar system for broadcast in the world. Constructed all of the input circuits for computer processing. Controlled the 1994 R.N.C by remote from the studio through special designed systems. Designed and fabricated anything that could not be purchased on the market for broadcasting. Came up with a method of broadcasting live TV from the middle east over two sat phones. I designed and fabricated over 30 unique systems while working at WFAA. I also document all systems in FastCad or AutoCad.
