In my role as the E-Commerce Manager at Aquacadabra, I have utilized my extensive experience & expertise in digital design to significantly enhance our e-commerce presence and drive sales. My responsibilities span across creating engaging visual content, optimizing our e-commerce operations, and pioneering innovative solutions to foster growth and improve efficiency.Directed the day-to-day management of our e-commerce store fronts across multiple platforms, including eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. This involved overseeing all aspects of the online sales process, from product listing and optimization to order fulfilment and customer service.Managed the company's product database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information. Spearheaded product photography and graphic design efforts, producing high-quality visuals that enhance product listings and marketing materials.Introduced and streamlined processes and procedures that significantly improved operational productivity and efficiency. My initiatives have led to a more agile and responsive e-commerce operation.Led the adoption of Power BI and DAX coding, integrating advanced analytics into our strategic decision-making. Leveraged AI technology to analyse trends and optimize our marketing and sales strategies, adding substantial value to our business operations.Liaised with suppliers, web developers, and SEO experts to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our online presence. After leaving university I have undertook a variety of projects on a freelance basis. I worked with chartered architects desM, The Photographers’ Gallery, The Guardian and The Airship Association. Projects have included brochure design, web design and development, copywriting, and photograph-collating and editing. During 2014 I was also employed part-time as a Home Shopping Driver at ASDA while undertaking freelance design projects.

Working in the admin team within the Customer Locations department, I had key responsibilities that included receiving, processing and loading files between systems to tight deadlines. Attention to detail was essential while quality checking other team members’ work, a crucial part of the process. Other tasks included producing and dispatching in-house return files and recalling files accurately, and dealing with both internal and external clients in a professional manner. This variety of tasks demanded strong organisation and collaboration with the other members of the team.

At the European Business Awards, I worked closely with the Digital Media Consultant and researchers to create an interactive page for the company’s website to encourage companies to enter the awards.

While at university, I worked as a waiter at a number of venues for many different clients across London, including The Tate Britain and Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts, for whom I worked aboard a boat catering for sponsors of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Volunteering for the RHS, my main responsibilities in this position were preparing and monitoring equipment throughout the day and generally assisting the film crew (Kinamo), as well as managing crowds and helping find shots.
