Improving the operation of manufacturing facilities through technical innovations is the focus of my career. I have been able to generate substantial value across a wide variety of manufacturing processes. I believe in being well versed in different approaches and selecting the one best suited for the project at hand. My main problem solving methodology relies heavily on the application of engineering and scientific fundamentals,Areas of expertise include:• Six Sigma methodology and statistical analysis techniques• Data analysis, visualization, and modeling methods• Theoretical and practical knowledge of basic and advanced process control techniques • Working knowledge of different process control and process information systems• An understanding of different unit operations and related dynamics• Familiarity with foam insulation technologies and manufacturingThroughout my career I have had the good fortune to work with labs, pilot facilities, and manufacturing plants. My documentation record is solid, both internally and externally. I enjoy learning and applying new technical approaches and communicating the finer points of these techniques to others.I had the opportunity to work with a graduate program for more than a decade and served as a TA for most graduate classes in the chemical engineering curriculum.
