I am a senior at New York University, pursuing majors in International Relations and History alongside a minor in Public Policy Analysis. Growing up between Mumbai and London, born of two distinct migrant heritages, Dutch-Brazilian and Parsi-Indian, I have always embraced the progressive cosmopolitan culture that produced me. This cosmopolitan internationalism has spurred me to attain an all-inclusive view of global politics. Though such a goal is, of course, ultimately inviable, it has led me to study in Mumbai, Florence, New York, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai and work in a set of organisations which, alongside my studies, has further moulded me into the multilateralist I hope to be. Beyond my work, my interests include musical theatre, poetry, and photography, as well as art and architectural history. I also have an avid, if sleep-depriving, interest in following elections and their campaigns from around the world as they unfold.
