I have worked in the employee benefits business for 38 years. The first 28 years were working for 2 very large health insurance companies. For the last 10 years I have been educating employers on how to best navigate the ever more complex world of providing competitive and valued benefits for their employees.I have learned that employers are often reluctant to make the difficult decisions necessary to effectively optimize their spend on employee benefits programs. I help employers balance the needs of the HR team with those of the CFO. It is possible to manage healthcare costs at or below operating budgets of most companies. This is what I do for my clients.
