The World Bank twin goals are to eradicate extreme poverty and to boost shared prosperity.Knowledge sharing between communities of practitioners in developing countries provides faster access to tested solutions, helps practitioners in the field learn what does and does not work, and informs new directions and approaches. • As the Editor for the award-winning VPU Team for social entrepreneurship under Strengthening Economic Opportunities for Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTP) and Turkish Citizens in Selected Localities, I edited operational meeting summaries, newsletters, infographics, presentations, and reports. • As the Editor for the HNP Global Group, I edited multiple versions of the 200-page Resource Guidebook for the WBG Health Systems Flagship Program.• Co-authored the online 40+ article Community Management Toolkit.• Created the award-winning World Bank Community Management Primer to accompany the Community Management Training Workshops (awarded CM Playbook of the Year 2018).• Mentored the Global Environmental Foundation (GEF) and Global Practice Social Accountability (GPSA) community teams to develop their community strategies.• Created Community Leadership Training Materials and delivered workshops.• Updated 101 Knowledge Sharing Ideas book.• Created Community Engagement Strategy for the HLM 3 Conference and conducted video interviews with international Ministers.• Created a database of Knowledge Exchange Support Services (KESS) consultants. • Developed the community strategy and lead the design and launch of the Community of Practice for Art of Knowledge Exchange alumni, practitioners, and champions, including a program of monthly Art of Knowledge Exchange Corner Talks.• Managed the Community of Practice for the Global Faculty for Art of Knowledge Exchange,• Developed Concept Notes for the OLC and Knowledge Exchange community.• Updated South-South Knowledge Exchange Results Stories writing guidelines and templates.
