Network Operations Center
CurrentOnsite Bank Danamon :• Configure and install various network device (e.g., CISCO, HP PROCRUVE, ARUBA, HUAWEI)• Perfome network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs and security configurations (BLOCK IP)• Providing fast and reliable connections, monitoring system resource utilization and capacity planning• Provide good service and decide network route with various based routing protocol to resolve issues • Monitoring performence and ensure system availbility and reliability with network management system tools (e.g., PRTG, Solarwinds, Cisco Meraki, Allot, Sangfor, Elastic, Splunk)• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awerness, approval and succes of changes made to the network infrastructure (AD, BGP, ACL, PBR)• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjuctions with the company's security team• Liaise with vendors and other IT personel for problem resolutions• Daily report shifting • Create ticket using JIRA
