a) Development and maintenance of employee database to facilitate HR management. b) Assist other departments in process improvement, by developing database and relevant IT applications. c) Making of training calendar for the Company and tracking implementation as per plan. d) Maintaining Company website and social media applications on a day-to-day basis. e) HR recruitment, development and deployment. f) Deals with employees on various operational, performances management issues. Ability to demonstrate judgment, honesty in dealing with HR related issues. g) Continuous follow up HR activities with all the entities and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the staffs. h) Maintain all personal files as per policy and procedure. i) Facilitate staff separation and disciplinary issues and complete the process in time. J) Leave, Attendance & Insurance Managementk) Ensure the proper implementation of the HR policies l) Works in close coordination with the proactively report/resolve any HR related issues.
