Helo dear, this is Rayhan. Currently i am pursuing B.Sc. in Geography and Environmental Scienceat Government Titumir College.I embarked on my professional journey as a sales associate for SEYLON during a business fair. This initial experience introduced me to customer service and sales, which I further developed by joining Meena Bazar, Bangladesh's largest retail sector. My career trajectory then led me to the e-commerce industry, where I worked as an Operations Associate with two of the country's largest e-commerce platforms. Notably, I was part of Daraz 11.11 campaign operations team in 2021, gaining critical insights into large-scale campaign management.Subsequently, I transitioned to the healthcare sector, where I developed expertise in customer service and data operations. In 2022, I joined Genex as a Content Moderator, taking on new challenges that enhanced my skills in primarily in content security and moderation, besides this team management and training new hires as well. Most recently, I have been working with Stalar Technology as an Operations Associate, leveraging my accumulated experience to contribute effectively to the team and grow professionally.With nearly four years of professional experience across diverse industries, I have cultivated strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. I am eager to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments, leaving meaningful footprints wherever I go.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about reading, exploring new places, learning languages, and developing new skills. I enjoy creating video content, some of which can be found on my social media profiles.I am deeply committed to youth empowerment, particularly supporting individuals struggling with depression, frustration, and aimlessness. My vision is to help them rediscover their purpose and become productive dreamers.
